Previously, during his tenure in the public sphere, Mr. Ghanem held several positions, the most important of which were the Director of the Statistics Department and the Director of the Information Systems Department at the Ministry of Finance during the past two decades, and he contributed to treatments for the state\u2019s general budget. He also represented the state in a number of international forums, in addition to the tasks he assumed in the partnership of a general nature, representing the government of the State of Qatar.
