The ranges of services offered by Mechanical Department are follows:

  • Chilled Water Air Conditioning System
  • Direct Expansion (DX) Central Air Conditioning System (Package and AC equipment)
  • Air conditioning ancillaries including piping, ducting, insulation, pumping system, air outlets and control system.
  • HVAC Works with approval of QCDD such as VAV System, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Smoke Extract System, Pressurization System and Fire and Smoke Dampers.
  • Under Air Conditioning this includes installation of Air handling Unit, Fan Coil Unit, Chilled Water Piping, Multi Split DX Units, and Duct Works including Grilles & Diffusers.
  • Plumping, Drainage and Fire fighting consists of Supply and Installation of PVC, UPVC, PPR, HDPE, Steel, GI and Copper Pipe; Domestic and Industrial Cold, Hot and Hot Water Return System.
  • Entire Fire Fighting according to NFPA and British Standard System and as per local Civil Defence Requirements.

  • Low and medium voltage power distribution and control systems, including switchgear, motor control centers, control panels, cabling, raceways and power outlets.
  • The main services consist of MV & LV Cable Laying in Trenches, MV & LV Cabling, Jointing & Termination Services, Main Distribution Work, Extension of LV Underground Network and Service Connection, Direct Service Connection and Energizing of Indoor and Outdoor Sub-stations.
  • Indoor and outdoor lighting installation, including lighting control systems consist of Main Installation, small power installation, internal and external & emergency lighting, General Power System, Fire Detection and Fire alarm System, Earthing & Bonding, Lighting Protection, Wiring in connection with Mechanical Services, Standby Generator Installation, Sub Distribution Wiring, Subs-Station, Street Lighting, Electrical Control Panels to manage single Pump Controls to large Pumping Station.
