Scope of Work: Four Season Hotel required closing all the QCDD comments to gain the approval of the Authority for their Company Civil Defence Certification. Multichoice was selected as HVAC, Smoke Extract and Ventilation System Contractor. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of HVAC, Smoke Extract, Ventilation System and Electrical and Controls System for Four Season Hotel, Fire Pump Room, Ballroom and Tennis Area.
